Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which customers (including Schools, Educational Institutions, and Administrators) may request refunds or cancel services related to the iLytixeSchool platform provided by iLytix Services Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Subscription Model

    • iLytixeSchool operates on a prepaid/postpaid - Pay As You Go subscription-based model, with plans structured on a per-student or institutional basis.
    • Fees are billed as per the selected subscription term (Pay As You Go, monthly, quarterly, annually, or custom agreements).

2. Cancellation Policy

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time by submitting a formal cancellation request through your admin panel or by emailing support@ilytixeschool.com.
    • Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    • No access will be allowed post-cancellation unless a renewal or reactivation occurs.

3. Refund Policy

    • General Rule: All payments made to iLytixeSchool are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
    • No Refunds for Partial Use: Refunds are not provided for partial months, mid-term cancellations, or unused student accounts.
    • Promotional Pricing: Introductory or promotional offers are non-refundable and cannot be extended or transferred.
    • Duplicate Payments: In case of duplicate charges due to a technical error or payment gateway issue, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

4. Exceptions & Discretionary Refunds

Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of iLytix Services Private Limited in the following circumstances:

    • Major platform outages exceeding 5 consecutive days, with no viable workaround provided.
    • Failure to provide onboarding or activation support within 14 days of confirmed payment (with written proof).
    • Billing errors acknowledged and confirmed by our accounts team.

5. Refund Request Procedure

    • All refund requests must be submitted via email to billing@ilytixeschool.com with the following details:
      • Registered School Name
      • Invoice Number
      • Payment Proof
      • Reason for Refund
    • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of transaction.
    • All refund claims will be reviewed and responded to within 10 business days.

6. Mode and Time of Refund

    • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as a bank transfer.
    • Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on banking procedures.

7. No Refund for Contracted Custom Services

Payments made for custom development, integrations, training, consultancy, or other value-added services are non-refundable under all circumstances, once initiated.

8. Termination by iLytix Services Private Limited

    • In cases where the Company terminates a service due to breach of terms by the client (e.g., misuse, non-payment, or policy violations), no refund will be provided.
    • In rare situations where termination is initiated by the Company for business reasons not involving customer breach, a prorated refund may be offered at our discretion.

9. Modifications to Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
